POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator and Visitor Services Liaison will work with the CEO and handle all travel arrangements, expense reports and hosting duties.  This position reports to the Compliance Manager & CEO.  The Coordinator and Visitor Services Liaison will be responsible for phones, and hardcopy materials and distribution.  Occasional website updating is required.  This position will be responsible for greeting guests in the Visitor Center and helping them with questions regarding lodging, transportation, etc.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS, AND DUTIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform these essential duties satisfactorily: The primary liaison with the guests in the Visitor Center, after the seasonal VIC summer staff, helping guests with all things Big Sky including but not limited to restaurants, lodging and things to do such as hiking Primary phone answer (after seasonal VIC summer help) being the initial contact for visitors with questions regarding Big Aid the CEO in making travel arrangements, lodging reservations and shuttles in an orderly Work with the CEO to complete expense reports in a timely Assist or lead Host Week and other events as needed Keep all visitor brochures on display full and change out to follow the summer and winter season Update the 4 manuals that have been created for visitor information on hiking, dining, mountain biking, and fishing. Create a camping guide which will include fees, locations and Updating/creating the Calendar of Events on the VIC and CoC websites Researching/updating the activity & services information on the VIC site Respond to electronic inquiries (mailing list) All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.   NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Opening/ closing the business – locking the doors, turning on/off the lights Escorting and/or directing clients/ customers to conference room or other offices
