Yellowstone Forever—formerly the Yellowstone Association and Yellowstone Park Foundation—is the official nonprofit partner of Yellowstone National Park.

We partner with Yellowstone National Park to create opportunities for all people to experience, enhance, and preserve Yellowstone forever.

Our educational programming, products, and services help people enjoy, understand, and appreciate the wildlife, geology, and cultural history of the park. The opportunities Yellowstone Forever provides for volunteerism and community relations develop and engage new stewards for the park. Through thoughtful cultivation and stewardship of people who love the park, Yellowstone Forever is building a broad network of philanthropic supporters dedicated to preserving the park.

Our mission of engagement and support through education and fundraising for the park will ensure Yellowstone remains for generations to come.  The  Human Resources Manager  plays a critical role in Yellowstone Forever’s operations. This position is responsible for the full employment life cycle for all seasonal staff, volunteers, and interns. Responsibilities of this position also include recruiting, employee relations and performance management. The ability to effectively partner across departments in support of YF’s mission and strategic priorities is essential. This position is responsible for raising $250,000 annually. This position leverages those relationships and partnerships to increase awareness and support for the efforts of Yellowstone Forever and Yellowstone National Park in the region as well as fundraise for park priority projects. The Director of Gateway Partnerships is responsible for the management of outreach efforts, YF’s Gateway Business Membership program, and other partnership programs that raise funds for the park. This position cultivates increased support from gateway communities and state/local tourism communities. Success in this position requires exceptional community relationship management, effective communication, and close coordination amongst staff.
