Role Overview:
Are you an entrepreneurial sales professional who is excited to win new business, expand accounts, and develop sales strategy that is aligned with company values and success? commonFont is seeking an exceptional sales leader who will thrive in a multi-faceted role requiring judgment, strategy, collaboration, leadership, and resourcefulness.

Role Details:

  • Define and execute the company’s new client acquisition and account development and growth strategy
  • Develop and leverage relationships with enterprise companies to identify needs, position commonFont solutions and value, acquire new clients, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop and expand select current accounts
  • Strengthen relationships with contacts at our technology partners and collaborate with partner contacts to co-develop and sell joint solutions
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Exercise thoughtfulness and judgment in evaluating, prioritizing, and advancing opportunities
  • Collaborate with service delivery team to ensure seamless transitions, delivery of value sold, and account success and growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven top performer in enterprise sales or account management (consistently exceeds targets); experience in SaaS or technology services sales a plus
  • Success in consultative, solution, or customer-centric sales
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain C-suite and account-level relationships in enterprise businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with partners and peers
  • Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and self-directed
  • Demonstrated leadership potential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough and exercises high attention to detail
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Willingness to travel

Initial Assignments (First 6 Months):

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan for building the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan for developing and maintaining client relationships and growing accounts over time
