Role:
You are ambitious, curious, and passionate in everything you do. You continuously push the boundaries, looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn new technologies. And we want you on our team. 

As a QA / Software Engineering Intern at Triple Tree, you will understand our deployed mobile and web applications, and create test cases per software requirements and existing functionality. You will work to automate test cases, execute manual test cases for releases, document test results, enter defects for issues found during testing, and report status on a daily basis, presenting test results to engineering counterparts. 

Qualifications:

  • College student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of javascript, html, css 
  • Understanding of databases and API testing 
  • Familiarity with Bash/running terminal processes
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Laser focus, high attention to detail
  • Sharp writing and documentation skills
  • The ability to confidently communicate and ask questions

Things You’ll Do:

  • Be a leader on the state of quality assurance for multiple applications
  • Write end-to-end tests
  • Write testing documentation
  • Manually test mobile and web applications
  • Implement content and configure learning management systems
  • Create development plans and elaborate them to non-technical counterparts to revise based on key business feedback
  • Collaborate with external developers to understand existing technologies and help plan future application needs
  • Work with UI and UX teams to understand frontend layout and interaction expectations
  • Plan and manage weekly sprints and retrospectives
