Job Description

A Chef of the kitchen that is an organized, natural leader with strong communication skills and computer skills. This person will manage the day to day operations of the kitchen, contribute to the development of the menu, and can effectively direct the movement of an already stellar culinary team. We have a cohesive core kitchen crew full of talented yet humble professionals that take initiative and put their passion into their work. The Chef de Cuisine is a leadership position that will report directly to the Executive Chef. This is a full-time, year-round benefitted position.

Job summary:
Assists in the preparation, seasoning and cooking of all ala carte food served in the restaurant. Participates in the cooking of all ala carte menu items. Directs the logistics of all execution and movement of culinary team. Contributes to the creation of all menu items.
