Job Description

Bridger Transportation, LLC is currently hiring high energy individuals to join our team in Bozeman, MT. We are a national, third-party logistics brokerage (3PL) whose business is to provide its customers with quality service in transporting their goods. In short, we move our customer's products from one location to another and keep track of it until it gets to its final destination.

General Daily Tasks:

  • Answering inbound calls, presenting and delivering information to callers
  • Support to account managers
  • Building strong customer relationships while learning their requirements
  • Making outbound calls while managing inbound calls
  • Plan routes and process shipments
  • Keep track of shipments from origin to destination
  • Daily communication with customers
  • Account Management & Development
  • Negotiating the cost of transporting goods


Requirements and Qualifications​:

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player that excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Customer service knowledge
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
