We’re constantly refining and pushing our product further, and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a creative, strategic-thinking, and innovative team based in Bozeman, Montana.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who loves to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You’ll work with a multi-disciplinary team across a global company on many fast paced, new initiatives. Organization and good judgement are key to being successful in this role. People skills are also essential, as you will be counted on to deliver, while continuing to foster a positive and productive environment for the team.


  • Organizing and supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, leadership off sites, and other events and managing follow up on agenda items
  • Excellent communication skills, can-do in approach and ability to learn new technologies
  • Managing daily calendar, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules due to last minute changes
  • Excellent leadership and professional presence. Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
  • Ability to prioritize workload proactively and expeditiously
  • Supporting key team initiatives. Key duties may include support for team all-hands meetings, internal presentations, management of shared team information and resources on intranet/portals etc.
  • Experience creating and/or supporting presentation development for senior management
  • Participate in the development of internal communication processes and procedure
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting processes
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include cross-team initiatives


  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Project Management skills a big plus
  • Expert organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Powerpoint and Excel
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • A people-person with a positive disposition and an interest in communicating with team members, vendors, clients and executive leadership
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
