Job Description

The Systems Analyst is responsible for operations and maintenance of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and acts as the secondary support person for ERP and Point of Sale (POS) issues and usage. The Systems Analyst is responsible to design and implement inventory procedures, report and data analysis for inventory management, and support the Finance department and Management team with special reports and data analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Acts as a liaison between IT, stores, Purchasing and Finance: 
o Support end users of ERP and POS and provide solutions for usage problems and issues
o Manage and analyze inventory 
o Analyze data and report development
o Mange and upgrade ERP system / POS 
o Train end users regarding ERP functionality, improved process, and new features
* Participate in systems analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT.

Experience & Skill Requirements:
* Strong computer skills 
* Understanding of accounting and finance procedures (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
* Understanding of inventory management 
* Background in data analysis including SQL queries and report writing
* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical skills
* Retail knowledge or experience (Preferred)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Knowledge in ERP/POS software (Epicor Eagle Preferred)
* Knowledge in Office 365
