Job Description

Granite Technology Solutions is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our fast-paced technology company. Our client's satisfaction is our top priority and this position helps set the tone for the company by exhibiting an extraordinarily high level of customer service to callers, visitors and staff.

The ideal candidate is dependable and has exceptional organization, communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work under pressure and be responsive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor. Comfort with computers and technology terms is helpful. We are looking for a team player who shows a willingness to help wherever needed and demonstrates a strong work ethic.

Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, strong multi-tasking ability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Answers and directs calls
• Greets and attends to office visitors
• Enter and update work requests into ticket tracking software
• Maintains customer contact information databases
• Orders office supplies & maintains reception and common areas
• Maintain corporate filing system
• Runs regular in-town errands
• Perform other general administrative and clerical support as needed

Physical Environment:
• Normal office environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs.
• Work involves bending, shoveling and occasionally maneuvering in tight spaces.
