Role Description

Quiq is looking for someone well versed in driving demand over digital channels. You will be responsible for building and executing dynamic marketing communications to our buyer segments. The best person for this role will have a passion for great execution against multiple activities. You will manage dashboards & KPI’s, email campaigns, data updates, as well as work closely with sales and your peers in marketing to develop new campaigns and processes that drive inbound demand from our target market. This role will have a significant impact on building a systematic framework for sales and marketing to drive growth and revenue. The best person for this role has experience working in various systems, like Marketo, Salesforce, and WordPress, to increase engagement and optimize workflows.  Experience working with data is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop technical programs within Salesforce and Marketo to execute on strategic marketing and sales initiatives
  • Manage demand generation activities to achieve business growth and revenue goals Email Marketing)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to document and implement processes to continually optimize marketing and sales systems
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to keep accurate information and gain business intelligence to inform tactical quality and conversion decision-making.
  • Develop and operate reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights, manage leads, track activity, ensure quality, and measure marketing and sales KPIs
  • Regularly communicate campaign programs and performance to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Must be certified and/or have a strong competence for Salesforce.com, Marketo, and WordPress
  • 2 years’ experience in high-tech industry (B2B software and SaaS experience highly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written & verbal communication skills
  • Deep analytical skills, demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, and keen ability to evaluate alternative and make compelling recommendations based on solid business case analysis
  • Must be fluent in Excel (including: Pivot Tables and V Lookups)
  • Creative mindset, bringing new ideas and perspectives to solve problems
  • Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and willing to roll up one’s sleeves to tackle opportunities head-on
