POSITION: Facilities Manager

FTE: Full time, 30 hours a week

HOURS:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7a-3p (may vary based on need)

SUPERVISOR:  Dee Metrick

SALARY: Depending on experience, plus benefits

POSITION CLOSES: Open until filled

 JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Manager will work closely with the Executive Director in ongoing facility maintenance as well as updating and fulfilling the 5-year maintenance plan. The major responsibility of the Facilities Manager is to maintain 7 facilities which includes a Corporate Office and Workshop Center and 6 residential facilities. In addition, the individual will be responsible for coordination and scheduling of routine maintenance and repairs for a fleet of 19 vehicles The individual will be responsible for responding in a timely and efficient manner to facility-related emergencies that may arise.

 QUALIFICATIONS: Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the job. A degree from a 2-year accredited vocational school OR 5 years of relative hands-on experience in the construction field or any equivalent combination of the two is required. Basic automotive knowledge is a plus. The ability to manage time, coordinate, schedule and prioritize is essential. The individual should be capable of working independently, be reliable, take initiate and communicate effectively.  Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement. Consideration will be given to applicants who have furthered their knowledge through college courses, seminars, workshops, specialized certifications or other training. The individual must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Reach Inc.'s auto insurance, maintain a good driving record, and have a reliable means of transportation. It is preferred that candidate live within 30 miles of Bozeman in order to respond to occasional after hours emergencies. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
