Job Description

Locati is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant with two+ years of experience in a professional firm. Applicants to possess an outgoing, positive personality that carries through with a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to clients, contractors, vendors, and team members. Applicants able to handle daily challenges of a fast pace and energized work environment. Applicants to have exceptional written and oral communication skills and a thorough understanding of both computer and audio-visual technology. Applicants must be able to work both independently and within a team and will be challenged by a variety of duties. The preferred applicant would possess three qualities of Locati’s vision: selfless in his/her work, self-motivated and ambitious in their performance and conscious to exercise good judgement through both words and actions.

This position is 8-5,  Monday - Friday
Location: Bozeman, Montana
