Job Description

The HR Coordinator provides support in all areas of Human Resources.  This position is responsible for assisting in several aspects of the HR experience for our team members including, but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Training, Worker’s Compensation, and Leave Administration. This position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, work independently within a group setting, and the ability to take on projects as needed. Other requirements include self-motivation, the ability to maintain confidential information and a positive attitude.   

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Work in a team setting to provide legendary customer service to all Murdoch’s team members
  • Provide support for team members with all areas of HR
  • Own one or a combination of the following areas of HR support:
    • Recruiting
    • Onboarding
    • Team member experience
    • Maintaining data in the HRIS/Payroll system
    • Payroll processing support
    • Benefit administration, eligibility and enrollment
    • Wellness program
    • Leave administration
    • Worker’s compensation
    • Community Giving
  • Assist with updating and maintaining HR department policies and procedures
  • Other HR duties as assigned
