Job Description

As the Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for fully managing and placing all Google AdWords, Programmatic Display, and Connected TV advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our design, web and management departments, as well as clients and other staff members. You will work directly for the Owner and President of A.D. Creative Group, but will be expected to work as a team member with everyone on staff. Client and staff/project coordination and communication will play a major role in successfully accomplishing your career goals with A.D. Creative Group. You will also be asked to work within the sales environment in both presenting A.D. Creative Group's design/creative capabilities and in preparing formal, written presentations including digital strategies, digital plans, project proposals and multimedia projects as well as representing the company on the road when necessary. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive digital strategies specific to Google AdWords and Programmatic Display campaigns, as well as tracking the success of our advertising efforts on these platforms. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager and our Marketing Strategist to ensure that all campaigns are cohesive across all platforms, and that all campaigns run on time and within the client's established digital marketing budget.


  • Create and run Google AdWords/Programmatic Display, Online Preroll & Connected TV campaigns for all clients
  • Continually look for ways to scale campaigns and optimize performance
  • Make recommendations for suggested changes and tactics to optimize campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal team on strategies, budget allocations, etc.
  • Assist with digital marketing proposals and bids for potential and existing clients
  • Monthly reporting on all campaign results using A.D.'s reporting software


  • Experience creating and running Google AdWords, Programmatic, and Connected TV campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of SEO and how it applies to paid digital marketing efforts
  • Able to identify appropriate channels and KPls for content distribution based on client objectives
  • Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager a plus
  • Experience working with a clients in a variety of verticals a plus
  • Experience utilizing Choozle platform is a plus
  • Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple clients at a time, while maintaining a focus on the delivery of results
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and defining demographics/psychographics for micro segments
  • Ability to analyze and present performance metrics to clients through the use of our reporting software
